Creating Magic and Personal Transformation: My Journey & Tips

I want to share a deeply personal journey as well as “top tips” that has shaped me into who I am today and the magic I bring into my work. My mission is to connect people to live from their true nature and purpose (“greatness”) through alchemy of personal self-mastery, super-conscious leadership and somatic change management practices, a unique approach I call “The Sweta Way.”  To get your spark back and live life with more freedom, flow, fulfilment and FUN!


Living as a happily single parent, I embrace my heart’s true nature and purpose, guilt-free and without compromises. But getting here wasn’t easy. Here are some lessons I’ve learned along the way, along with my top tips for creating magic, movement and change in your life.


My Journey:


Life once seemed perfect on the outside—successful career, beautiful home, travel, and a husband. Yet, something was missing. My yearning to become a mother was met with medical advice that I couldn’t conceive naturally. Despite this, I connected with my inner wisdom through Intuitive Superconscious training and conceived naturally. Against all odds, I delivered my miracle baby, even though the journey was challenging and filled with tension (a story for another time).


After my daughter was born, the cracks in my marriage widened. We separated when she was just 8 months old. This was a challenging and vulnerable time—culturally taboo and personally devastating. But my intuition told me this relationship no longer served me. I spent two years grieving, rediscovering self-love, and rebuilding my life. During this time, the stress led to a burst ovarian cyst, causing me to lose an ovary (a story to delve into another time). This painful experience taught me the importance of listening to my body and honouring its sacrifices. 🌟


After two years, I had the clarity and strength to start the divorce process, focusing on creating a healthy co-parenting relationship. Of course, I faced anger, depression, anxiety, and immense grief. But these emotions became my triggers to re-center and refocus on my goal of raising a happy and thriving daughter with two loving parents. 


Through it all, I connected deeply with my inner wisdom, guiding me through the highs and lows. This journey taught me to honour each stage of grief and change, embrace the pain, and ultimately, create a new vision for my life.


Looking back these are the key learnings and “top tips” that enabled me to create this transformational change:


1. Trust Your Inner Wisdom 🧘‍♀️

– Your intuition and super-consciousness is a powerful guide. Take time to connect with your inner self and listen to what it’s telling you. Trust that inner voice, especially during challenging times.

2. Embrace Change and Let Go 🌈

– Change is inevitable and necessary for growth. Let go of old structures, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you. Embrace the unknown and trust the process.

3. Create a Clear Vision 📝

– Visualize what your heart desires and would LOVE to create next. A clear vision gives you direction and purpose. Focus on your end result and keep it in mind as you navigate through life’s challenges.

4. Hold Space for Your Emotions 💖

– It’s okay to feel vulnerable, angry, or sad. Honour each emotion and stage of your journey. Allow yourself to grieve, process, and heal. This emotional work is essential for true transformation.

5. Prioritize Self-Care 🌺

– Your well-being is crucial. Listen to your body and mind. Take time for self-care, whether it’s through meditation, exercise, or simply resting. A healthy you is a foundation for a healthy life.

6. Practice Forgiveness and Release 🕊️

– Holding onto resentment or anger can hinder your growth. Practice forgiveness—for yourself and others. Release past hurts and focus on the present and vision of what you’d LOVE to create next.

7. Nurture Positive Relationships 🌟

– Surround yourself with supportive and positive people. Cultivate relationships that uplift and inspire you. Effective communication and mutual respect are key to healthy interactions.

8. Stay Committed to Personal Growth 🌱

– Commit to continuous learning and self-improvement. Whether through reading, attending workshops, or seeking coaching/ mentorship, always strive to grow and evolve.

9. Balance Professional and Personal Life ⚖️

– Find a balance that works for you. Make time for your career, family, and personal interests. A harmonious balance leads to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

10. Celebrate Your Journey 🎉

– Acknowledge and celebrate your progress, no matter how small. Every step forward is a victory. Celebrate your journey and the person you are becoming.

Remember, you have the power to create magic and transform your life. Stay true to yourself, embrace your journey, and live with intention and purpose.
