Letting go of old structures for the new evolved you to emerge

Structures in our lives change and unfold and as you go on a journey of letting go of a structure that no longer serves you such as a relationship or marriage ending, leaving a job, moving home or even an evolution of your own self and what your heart would love to create next in your personal or professional life there will be growing pains in letting go of that structure we were so use to in our lives.

Interesting use of words “growing pains” as you’ve out-grown the old structure that no longer serves you and stepping into the growth & evolution of the “evolved new you”. So naturally there will be growing pains as letting go of what was safe, familiar to step into the unknown of where your heart would love to take you next. For instance, imagine the old structure was a ladder (metaphorically) and that ladder collapses and breaks as it no longer serves you. There will be a part of you that will want to reconstruct that “ladder” (old structure) to salvage something but the reality is the old ladder cannot be re-built and so it’s time to embrace a new structure (new ladder or even an entirely new structure that doesn’t even look like a ladder!). During this process our unconscious self (inner child beliefs) want to keep us safe and stick to familiarity but our hearts (soul, genius and higher self) want to evolve and birth the new creation and structure to serve you in evolving into living your true nature and purpose.

The key is to hold that higher vision and breathe life into it, embody and feel it in your body and taking those small heart centred action steps from your intuition to create the new structure to hold the “new evolved you”. You are truly letting go of the need to know in this higher structure and opening your self up to tune in, refocus and re-centre daily into your higher vision to be able to take those small steps in birthing your new creation. I deliberately use the word birthing as this process of letting go and creating something new does mirror the creation process of labour to birth a child:

1. You hold and nurture that child within you: Holding the vision of your end result – what you would love.

2. The child signals through contractions its time to come into the world: This is the point of holding the vision and breathing life into it for it to descend and begin to take shape

3. The third stage of the baby exiting out of the body into world: Your new vision is ready to come into the world. This is sometimes the hardest part as the vision of what you would love to create (the end result) is ready to come into fruition into the world and we experience the most resistance and tension, (sometimes even wanting to give up and let go of the vision). This tension is both the psychological tension (lower old structure, patterns, behaviours) and creative tension (new higher evolved structure – “New you”) at play. The key is to keep your focus in the higher structure and breathe into the new creation whilst at the same time letting go of the old to give it less power as the lower structure (old you) doesn’t want to go into the unknown and rather let go of the vision).

4. Final stage the child and the old placenta is expelled from the body: This is the final stage of your new vision and structure now out in the world and letting go of the attachment to the  old structure that no longer serves you.

This process is a transformational journey of releasing the structure which no longer serves us and changing our focus to birth what our heart would love to create next and live our true nature and purpose. With our inner wisdom, intuition and super-consciousness guiding us through holding the creative tension to follow your heart and pacifying the old patterns of behaviours that want to keep us safe.
